1. In order to open an account with KIT Finance Broker, legal entities must complete the respective Investigation Form and provide the requisite set of documents.
2. A company employee will prepare the necessary documents and contact you
3. Once the full set of documents has been signed, a telephone-support service employee will provide you with the necessary software and register the access codes to the trade terminals.

List of documents for legal entities wishing to open an investment account* 

1. Memorandum and Articles of Association/Incorporation
2. Certificate of Shareholders, Share Certificate, Certificate of Incumbency (provided that the constituent documents were issued more than a year ago)
3. Certificate of Incorporation
4. Tax Certificate
5. Signature list
6. Licenses, if appropriate
7. Certificate of the Directors and Secretary / other corporate documents confirming election of the managing persons acting on behalf of the Company
8. Certificate of Goodstanding (provided that the constituent documents were issued more than a year ago)
9. Russian Tax Certificate, if appropriate
10. Powers of Attorney, if applicable 

*Duly apostilled and legalized copies (originals) of documents with notarized translation into the Russian language, unless otherwise stipulated by international agreement between Russia and a country of incorporation of a legal entity.
