I consent to process KIT Finance (LLC.) address: 69-71 letter A, Marata street, Saint-Petersburg, 191119, (hereinafter - Company) all my specified personal data for the purposes of complying by the Company with legislation of the Russian Federation and/or contracts signed by me (or by my representative/grantor) with the Company (Brokerage contract and/or Depository contract and/or any other Contract/Agreement).

Present Consent to personal data processing includes consent for collection, categorization, storage, specification (updating, correction) usage, depersonalization, blocking, destruction and transmission such personal data to third parties (including agents, securities market operator, issuer, custodians, registrars, clearing and settlement operators) provided keeping confidentiality and safety of personal data during processing.
